Literacy Training Hidden in a Course for Kitchen Skills and Recipes

Participants’ interest in cooking is used to give them opportunity to train their reading and writing skills. Moreover, attending a cooking course is well-accepted in society and thus removes the potential embarrass-ment from attending officially a literacy course.
