Main topics were
- Review of the Cherbourg pilot project: Escape Room with focus on basic education. The INFREP Cherbourg team prepared the Escape Room for us. It is set up in two rooms that otherwise are used as an administrative office and as the teachers' office. The escape games uses a variety of props like boxes locked with padlocks, materials to read, and objects to work with, everything tending to ressemble a chemical laboratory. Office furniture like filing cabinets and book shelves are integrated into the game. We played in two teams of 5-6 participants. Both teams did not have much experience with Escape Games, and both found the task surprisingly difficult. Although the game supervisor gave tips from time to time to help us when we got stuck in a task and did not know how to continue, we did not manage to solve the task completely in time. At the end, Sébastien Dubost showed us the schematic of the game (see picture in the gallery below).
- Methodology of validation of basic education projects
- Presentation of Output 1 - a collection of good practice in basic education for adults in special situations
- Detailed planning of the Staff Training (May 2020 in Sofia, Bulgaria)
